Turnitin is an Anti-Plagiarism Software program used as a tool for checking academic work for plagiarism,
available for students, faculty, and staff of Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University
There are 2 methods for using the TURNITIN service as follows:
Method 1: Registering for Turnitin and checking works by yourself
1.The reviewer must be a faculty member, student, or staff of Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, and must use an @psru.ac.th email address for registration and checking works.
Note: If you do not have an @psru.ac.th email address, you can register at: https://email.psru.ac.th/
2. A form for requesting Class ID and Enrollment Key to use the Turnitin plagiarism checking service is available here.
Note:
1) You must log in with an @psru.ac.th email address before you can access the form.
2) The Class ID and Enrollment Key have an expiration date. If they expire and you still wish to continue using Turnitin, you will need to fill out the form to request a new key, as the library will change the password every month.
3) The Academic Resources and Information Technology Center will send a reply email containing the Class ID and Enrollment Key to your @psru.ac.th email address within one working day.
3. Using the Turnitin Program
3.1 In case you do not have a Turnitin account (first-time use), select ‘Create Account’ as a Student.
1) To register for Turnitin, click here
2) Enter the Class ID and Class Enrollment Key provided by the library (you can request the password as per item 2 by filling out the form to request the Class ID and Enrollment Key for using the Turnitin plagiarism checking service), and complete all other details required for registration.
3) After successfully registering, log in to the Turnitin program to check for plagiarism in your works as needed.
3.2 In case you already have a Turnitin account, you can access the program immediately without the need to register again.
1) Log in to the Turnitin program by clicking here.
2) Click on the ‘Enroll in a Class’ menu and enter the Class ID and Class Enrollment Key (you can request the key as per item 2 by filling out the form to request the Class ID and Enrollment Key for using the Turnitin plagiarism checking service), and you can check for plagiarism in your works as needed.
Method 2: Submit the file to the Academic Resources and Information Technology Center for plagiarism checking.
The service steps are as follows :
1) Fill out the form and attach the file you wish to have checked. To submit the file, click here.
2) The Academic Resources and Information Technology Center will send the report to your @psru.ac.th email address within one working day.

Details for checking works by yourself :
– You can check your works as many times as needed, but from the 4th submission onward, you will need to wait 24 hours for the result.
– Once the Class ID expires, if you wish to continue using the service, you must fill out the form to request a new Class ID and Class Enrollment Key.
Details for submitting files :
– Name the file in English using your own name (if there are multiple files, include descriptive terms to distinguish them, e.g., Amarin Chap1, Amarin Chap2, etc.).
– The file size must not exceed 100 MB. If the work is long and divided into chapters, you should split the file by chapter, and the number of pages in each file must not exceed 400 pages.
– The smallest file size must contain at least 20 words for verification.
– The types of files to be verified include Microsoft Word, PDF, OpenOffice (ODT), and Google Docs (it is recommended to use a PDF file saved from a Microsoft Word file).
